We were first time home buyers who wanted to build. We realized we needed an agent to help us with the builders and heard that Debbie was good. Well, she definitely was! When the builder in the neighborhood we picked put kept delaying the start date, Debbie helped us get our down payment back very quickly. We felt very lucky having a real estate agent on our side, because some people had a difficult time getting their money back (eventually the builder went under and the neighborhood was taken over by another builder).She was also by our side when we picked another builder/neighborhood and helped us every step of the way.
